  Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a practice and can be incorporated to your daily life bringing a long list of benefits.
It has been proven scientifically to reduce stress anxiety and help us to live our lives in a more unreactive and more present way.
I teach and accompany people in individual sessions and in group sessions. The course lasts from 8 to 10 weeks and is done over 7 sessions in which the Jon Kabat-zin, Mark Williams, Danny Penman and Eckart Tolle teachings, tools and protocols are followed.

The course can be done in 4 different ways:

  • Individually online (in English or Spanish)
  • Face to face in groups in my Mindfulness space in Majadahonda. (in Spanish so far)
  • Groups of 4 people online groups (in English or Spanish)
  • Couples online or face to face (in English or Spanish)
